Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Individual and Pro switches are prorated for time left on the current period. Paid plans do not drop to Free immediately; cancel at period end and keep access until then.
Are prices including tax?
No. Listed prices are in USD. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and added at checkout from your billing address.
Do you offer a refund?
The first paid charge can be refunded in full within 14 days. After that, cancel at period end with no refund. Renewals do not restart the 14-day window.
How is monthly showing measured?
Monthly showing tracks delivered viewer traffic (share and embed usage). It is separate from storage, which tracks retained processed models.
What happens if I exceed plan limits?
When a limit is reached, new actions tied to that limit are blocked until you free capacity or upgrade. Existing published content keeps working while the account is in good standing.
What happens if a card payment fails?
Stripe retries the charge. While payment is past due, the account is frozen: uploads, share links, and embeds stop. Sign-in and billing still work so you can update the card.
Do you delete original source uploads?
The platform direction is to process uploads into a safer runtime format and remove original source files from normal delivery workflows.
Are share links and embeds included on every plan?
Plans include share and embed access with different quotas. Higher tiers raise active share and embed limits for larger rollout needs.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is sold through contact sales and includes custom limits, rollout planning, procurement support, and a tailored onboarding path.
