Use width 100% with a deliberate height (often 420–640px). Avoid zero-height containers. Lazy-load embeds below the fold.

Give the iframe a descriptive title attribute for accessibility.

Create tokens for a specific listing or review round. Revoke when unpublished. Do not recycle forever-lived tokens across unrelated assets.

Tell reviewers they are getting an interactive view, not a downloadable CAD package. That sets expectations and reduces “can you send the STEP?” follow-ups.

Use model and account analytics to see which shares attract views. Pair that with showing usage so campaigns do not surprise your monthly budget.
