Processing

You upload a raw 3D file. Processing generates a secure 3D web artifact from it. That artifact is what the viewer, share links, and embeds use.

Around one minute, depending on the original file size and your internet speed.

You get a status update as processing runs.

You can set up share or embed during processing, but the model is only visible to viewers after processing finishes.

It is deleted after processing.

You get a message that explains what to fix. Common reasons include:

• The file is corrupted
• The file is too big for your plan, or too small (0 KB)
• Textures are too big, or too small

To run processing again, re-upload the file.
